For complete functionality you will need Java V1.4.1-01 or higher, however you can do without it. We have Java V1.4.1-07 below, should you need it.
Since the OpenOffice consists of several files the download is in zip format. We include a winzip81.exe for your convenience, so that you can unzip the downloaded zip file.
Installation Instructions:
1.
Download Winzip81.exe and Java
V1.4.1-07 then install them by simply double clicking the downloaded files.
2.
Download OpenOffice then double click it and winzip81 will unzip the
files for you.
3.
Open the created [by winzip] directory named oo-1.1-3i-uk-install and double
click the Setup file. That’s it!
During
installation of OpenOffice do not check off MS Word,
Excel, and PowerPoint unless you want all existing files converted to OpenOffice.
Winzip81.exe (1.8MB free trial version)
Java V1.4.1-07 (36.6MB)
OpenOffice (61.2MB)
